Potion of Stasis (Paralysis Potion)

It'd be cool to have a potion with a paralysis effect. That's why I'm suggesting the Potion of Stasis, a potion that, when brewed using a Potion of Slowness and a fermented spider eye, can full-on freeze mobs or players in place, useful for combat situations or escaping hordes of monsters. It'd be cool to have it in regular, splash, and lingering varieties.

    It should be harder to make though. Maybe like a resin clump, due to the fact that Creackings hold still when looked at.
