New ocean biome

The only ocean biome that reaches y 0 and below and if we touch y 0 or below the speed of oxygen disappearing increases and add an oxygen tank that will be used in the chest And add new structures and entities namely eels and sea serpents and netherite replacements made from sea serpent scales
