Mountain Cave Update: Frozen Caves, Ice Bats and The Echo Stalker Monster

I suggest adding unique life and danger to caves that generate inside high mountains.

1. New Sub-Biome: Frozen Caverns
Deep inside mountain peaks, these caves are covered in packed ice and long, sharp icicles. Walking here is slippery, and water instantly freezes into ice.

2. New Passive Mob: Ice Bat
A new variant of the bat that glows with a faint light blue aura. When they fly, they drop a small trail of frost particles. Players can catch them in a bucket to use them as a portable, organic light source that doesn't melt ice.

3. New Hostile Monster: The Echo Stalker
A mysterious creature made of dark stone and ice crystals. It hangs from the cave ceiling like a statue and is completely blind. It only attacks if you run, jump, or mine blocks near it. It attacks by shooting sharp icicles at the player.

This would make mountain exploration underground much more unique and challenging!
