The healer will heal you but, only if your atleast under 4 hearts. It will be found in the enchanted dimension it will have rainbow leaves on the trees and in that dimmension there will be a new food called healing bread and it heals you to full health!!! Than after you eat the bread the healer apears ahead of you and becomes your personal that follows you everywhere!!!!!!!!!!
