Replace Bonus Chest with Indev House

Replace the Bonus Chest option with an option to generate the Indev House at spawn. It would be a cobble structure with a crafting table, bed, and chest containing bonus chest loot. The Indev House would be more helpful than the Bonus Chest and be a nice reference to older iterations of the game.
