New farmer villager trade: Garlic

Farmer villagers should have a new expert-level trade: if you give them an allium and some emeralds, they give you some garlic. Garlic can be eaten by itself refilling the same amount of hunger and saturation as a sweet berry, as well as repelling phantoms for 2 minutes. It can also be crafted into garlic bread, which refills the same amount of hunger and saturation as regular bread, but it repels phantoms for 8 minutes.

    need to add vampire villagers that can randomly be in villages and eat other villagers unless garlic hangs infront of their doors and can't be hurt unless you have garlic

    Garlic bread should refill one extra hunger point, so four points instead of three.
