Higher Controller Sensitivity for Console Similar to PC

I believe the controller sensitivity on controller/console puts console players at a disadvantage in PVP when it combat against PC players. All of our settings, especially the sensitivity based ones (including inventory sensitivity), should be the same to those on computer and mouse. That way it’s a more fair, less stressful game. Servers like HIVE have this as big issue.
