Revert the changes to attribute swapping and PvP

In this snapshot, many PvP related things have been nerfed significantly like insta carts,spear dashes and crystal is impossible to play.From this change, the PvP community has been worse than it was already is. Revering the change would make the whole community feel better for a small thing that shaped the community. Everyone please help fix it and revert it back.

    I like the idea, but it's spam. There's like 10 copies of it. T_T
