Bring back ATTRIBUTE-SWAPPING!!!

Attribute-swapping has fundamentally changed pvp and actually needs skill to perform, so its not some gamebreaking bug that just annoys people.
Its used with the Axe, Pearl, Mace, Spear, double-potting, Crystals, Anchors and more...
