Modify Map Item Data with Commands

Currently, the only way to modify map data without external tools is via player exploration. The ability to modify maps without player interaction would allow maps to be a versatile tool for mapmakers.

For example:

/data modify storage maps:0 banners append value {color:"orange",pos:[100,60,200]}

    this is a genuinely good idea tho cause right now you have to install mods and crap just to do this
