An icy automation system

When using a water source drip stone and a cauldron for a automatic water source, instead of just leaving it there why not add a way to farm ice! In cold biomes where water naturally freezes the cauldrons should also freeze, on top of that a hopper could be used to grab the ice from the cauldron, making a much needed easy to make ice farm
