Bring back attribute swapping!!

Attribute swapping is a huge deal for many of us and I think that there's something special about this. I understand that this isn't intentional and goes against the intentional game design, but it made pvp so much more dynamic. I personally love using the spear in pvp, and have even created a really good technique with the spear. The issue is that it needs just one lunge swap to go from my bow to my spear and lunge. This change completely breaks it and is ruining my chance at using the spear as a actual weapon because I was excited when it came out. I'm sure there's a lot more people who appreciate it. I understand why something like it would be removed, but it doesn't have to be. It already takes a great share of effort to do it consistently (especially on servers)

    Removing attribute swapping is a monumental mistake on Mojang's end and unnecessarily alienates millions upon millions of players. Attribute swapping has become a firmly engrained aspect of Minecraft PVP and its removal would cause a significant amount of this game's skill expression to simply disappear. This change would affect mace and spear like others have mentioned but also any game mode that includes a shield, that being nearly all of them. A change this large could cause a rift in versions akin to the 1.8 to 1.9 split. I see no reason that attribute swapping should be removed as other bugs that have been engrained into Minecraft to the same extent remain. The two best examples of this I can think of off the top of my head are quasi connectivity and tnt dupers. I urge Mojang to realize the gravity of this decision and revert these changes.

    yes mc staff if you going to see this and doing nothing, many people are just going to quit pvp, this technique must be a part of the game it doesnt matter if its a bug or a feature!

    even beyond pvp, the new "bug removal" removes quickly alternating items in the hotbar, so even just being someone who wants to be mobile with the elytra is completely unnecessarily removed. this is probably the worst change Mojang has made in a very long time. You were on a roll, Mojang. Grey wood, wool slabs, you were on the right track. This will single-handedly make me quit versions that this "bug fix" is implemented on effective upon its release. I foresee the same occurring with thousands and thousands of other players as well.

    At this point this was already an established feature that a  lot of pvpers loved! Why would you divide the community like this again by removing it?? We already are divided between 1.8 and 1.9 you don't have to thin us out even more.

    It completly destroys the most useful and fun pvp mechanics theres no point in removing it breach swapping or spear lunge isnt easy to do as is they became core pvp strats if mojang decides to remove attribute swapping i personally wont ever touch pvp again

    The only gamemode thats going to work is sword cuz u need attribute swapping for every other gamemode and most ppl will quit pvp

    Mojan please dont remove it. It has become a core mechanic for pvp and if you remove it the mace becomes so weak and also the spear gets nerfed

    attribute swapping has became a staple in modern pvp scenarios, why remove something the community has widely accepted and used to drastically increase the skill ceiling of pvp due to it being a bug in the start of development.

    Breaking the nether roof was also a bug at first yet mojang decided to accept it as a feature currently, So why should attribute swapping not receive the same fate of being a bug turned into a feature?

    Overall this bug fix completely overhauls most modern scenarios for the worst, Why change a bug that's loved by the community and used to push the skill ceiling of the game?

    People spend hours upon hours learning to attribute swap, it's the entire skill in mace community. I could not image a mace match with out it. Also spear swapping is important too, it helped with alot of clutches and even pearl catching is harder

    This affects even non-pvp players because swapping weapons quickly is so slow. Attribute swapping is basically the main reason I still play the game because it’s made me so much more interested in PVP.

    Bring back attribute swapping. This game has been a monumental foundation of creativity not only for  builders but also for pvpers like myself. Do not ruin it for us. Please.

    People like me have spent years, some even decades of their life training PvP and having fun the way it is for all that time just for it to get ruined by Mojang its self. If they think that this is a change for the better, then I don't know what is wrong with them because it isn't. If anything, it will make most of the Minecraft community quit and never play again just because Mojang thought the most important part of PvP was a bad thing. But its one of the the things that gave Minecraft a purpose. Disgusting.

    Attribute swap is the heart of minecraft pvp.
    Removing it makes thousands of players quitting minecraft pvp for sure.
    There are millions of bugs and mojang took the worst decision to remove the best bug🤦

    As we know that Minecraft PVP community is huge, nowadays almost every player plays Minecraft for pvp and there are lots of channel on Youtube with millions of Subscribers totally based on MCPVP Content. This feature is gonna ruin Minecraft pvp forever it will literally ruin almost every gamemode of pvp especially Mace my favorite one and there are lots of players spent there time to get better at pvp and reaching the top at mctiers there all hard work is gonna get waste with this feature if it's not getting fixed, No one's gonna play the newer versions of the game no matter what they are going to add.

    removing attribute swapping was a terrible decision. it made no sense to remove a mechanic that added skill creativity and depth to the game. players spent countless hours learning and using it only to have it taken away for no good reason.
    minecraft is supposed to be about freedom and creativity yet a mechanic that allowed exactly that was removed. instead of giving players more ways to play this change did the opposite. all it accomplished was making the game less interesting for the people who enjoyed and mastered the mechanic.
    attribute swapping was not hurting anyone. it created unique gameplay advanced techniques and new possibilities that many players loved. removing it feels completely unnecessary and out of touch with the community that actually used it. this change deserves to be reconsidered.

    if minecraft patch attribute swapping it won't just offect the small pvper's it will offect things like stunslaming, breach swapping, spear lunging and way more. server's like pvp club will die with in days. things like unstable will be dead. people like Itz, Swight, flame, wemmbu and WAY more will loss there jobs and minecraft content will be gone. minecraft people will start to delete the game if you do this please don't do this im begging minecraft is my favrite game.

    removing attribute swapping and calling it a bug fix is ridiculous. this is not a bug fix this is considered a bug develop.
    attribute swapping added skill creativity and depth to the game. people spent time learning it building around it and creating new ways to play because of it. removing it does not improve minecraft. it just removes options and makes the game less interesting.
    you made pvp improvements and competitive gameplay more limited at the same time. that makes players retire faster. the game was fun with plenty of assets. now the whole pvp is done.
    minecraft has always been at its best when players are free to experiment and discover new possibilities. taking away a mechanic that encouraged exactly that goes against what made the game special in the first place.
    this is not fixing the game. this is removing part of what made it fun. if this bug develop is not fixed i am going back to rocket league. we need attribute swapping.

    if Minecraft remove attribute swapping almost all of the pvp game modes will fall
