Quivers: Saving inventory space

Add a quiver that can hold up to 3 stacks of arrows.

The quiver is active as long as it is in the player's inventory or in the off-hand. When active, it automatically serves as a shared arrow storage, reducing inventory clutter and making bow and crossbow gameplay more convenient.

Arrows stored in the quiver are automatically used when firing a bow or crossbow.
