Add tornadoes but you can choose to have them in a world or not.

You should add tornadoes to the game,but there is a setting to have them in a world or not,and it isn't a cheat if there turned off because how would it be to have your 500 day base ripped apart by a tornado. Mojang tornadoes would be very fun so please add them even though you aren't going to see this probably.
