Revert attribute swapping changes

In the last snapshot Mojang has completely REMOVED attribute swapping, and if not reverted, this could  literally RUIN the whole pvp system and it would also change kits like Mace, UHC, Spear Mace etc drastically leading to a lot of people not updating the game and staying on an old version.
DON'T REMOVE GOOD "BUGS" THAT HAVE BECOME FEATURES FOR THE COMMUNITY(like breaking the nether roof)

(Edit: there is apparently a lot of more issues coming with this: "The order in which inputs are processed have changed from hotbar -> attack -> use to attack -> use -> hotbar, meaning every swap now carries an unavoidable 50ms delay before any action can occur. Shields and totems both inherit this delay on top of their existing latency because you can no longer use them immediately after swapping, for gamemodes like pot and nethpot your potions are thrown +50ms later. For Vanilla PvP, anchor speed goes from 150ms to 300ms, hit-crystal from 100ms to 200ms. Effectively every timing doubles for any hotbar action. On 30ms ping, players ghost around 60% of their inputs. Across the board, vanilla PvP is close to unplayable. Stun slamming goes from  from 100ms to 200ms, using an axe goes to taking a full 100ms."

    i swear if u guys dont listen to all these people... im genuinely going to crash out like i love attrobute swapping abd spaer mace idc if people say its beaindead. Its my favorite gamemode and if you guys remove it, i wont find mc that much fun anymore

    Seriusly please dont remove this this is a main thing in spear and mace and i tried it and it even removes the ability to crystal fast PLS MOJANG DONTT!

    I'm going to keep it simple
    1 Ruins pvp
    2 Core part of the game (genuinely everyone does it accidentally)
    3 10 year old bug why fix it now that everyone is use to it
    4 overall hurts the game more than helps because people are going to either A make back ports to Attribute Swapping or B just not uppdate the game in general
    The only thing this bug fix could actually help is make pvp more simple and user friendly but mojang does not care about pvp AT All So do we want another 1.8 incident Mojang?

    I feel like the hotbar shouldn't have been made slower. In other games, it's normal to be able to switch to different items using key binds quickly. Why should Minecraft be any different? If anything, it should be quicker

    Istg the amount of time people have put into this game and learned how to play is crazy, so if they remove it, whats the point of playing on the new version? When so many people have practiced, learned and loved the current system so much, that there is multiple ranking systems towards this style of pvp. If they fully remove it, i genuinely might just quit

    attribute swapping has became a staple in modern pvp scenarios, why remove something the community has widely accepted and used to drastically increase the skill ceiling of pvp due to it being a bug in the start of development.

    Breaking the nether roof was also a bug at first yet mojang decided to accept it as a feature currently, So why should attribute swapping not receive the same fate of being a bug turned into a feature?

    Overall this bug fix completely overhauls most modern scenarios for the worst, Why change a bug that's loved by the community and used to push the skill ceiling of the game?

    Keep it, it's a nice feature that makes the pvp harder, so more challenging and fun, and because it's now a key factor for most of the minecraft pvp servers

    The attribute swap change must be reverted or it will cause people to quit,stay on old version etc. And I see no point of removing it. The whole pvp community need it. It will ruin pvp system. It will ruin almost all gm like uhc,axe,mace,cpvp,elytraspear,spearmace

    Dont remove attribute swapping it is a good bug exist i tge game for about 2 years for now why would you remove it, it is a feature now like the diagonal bridging it was a bug and everyone thought it was a feature so yea add it back please

    After Minecraft found everyone good at pvp because of Attribute Swap, they remove it.

    Removing attribute swapping would gut a bunch of the spear’s viability, fundamentally alter mace and crystal PvP (arguably for the worse), as well as ruin all shield game modes.
