Haybale concept that fits the Dappled forest drop.

Allow hay bales to be snipped with shears, or stripped with an axe, to remove the bands. This would give a hay block that could be used for building/crafting. Stairs and slabs for thatched rooves would be possible without the bands of twine. And the new block could be used to craft a temporary sleeping bag that's consumed on use. (Revealed to creators at Twitch Con) I think it solves the problem while simultaneously expanding and improving the atmosphere of the Dappled forest drop.
