Guys, I just remembered an idea for Minecraft’s 3rd Drop KSKSKSK, and it randomly came to my mind because of that leaked straw/wheat bed.
Imagine this: the straw bed doesn’t stay perfect forever. Over time, it slowly wears out with visual stages showing the straw disappearing, looking more used the more you sleep on it. When it reaches its limit, it could leave behind wheat/seeds, almost like the bed is naturally falling apart.
Now comes the interesting part: a squirrel mob.
Instead of existing just for decoration, the squirrel would actually interact with the world. It could collect straw from worn-out beds, extract seeds from wheat (normal Minecraft seeds), and bury or plant them in random places.
Its main purpose would be being a collector and natural cultivator. It could gather seeds, sticks, wheat, leaves, and other small natural items to slowly build its nest, which visually evolves over time as it collects more materials.
The most Minecraft-feel part: squirrels in real life hide food and sometimes forget where they buried it, helping plants grow. In Minecraft, this could make small natural crops or plants randomly appear nearby, making the world feel more alive and organic without being overpowered.
Imagine waking up in survival and seeing a squirrel stealing straw from your old bed to build its nest
