Right clicking on wool stairs with a carpet raises it by 1 pixel

The new wool stairs are great for making carpeted stairs! But a lot of players might still want it to be raised. I think right clicking them with the same color carpet should enlarge the model by 1 pixel to achieve this effect. We can shift+right click to place the carpet normally. Alternatively, this can be expanded to all stairs and all colors of course, but if that seems like too much I think this is a fair compromise.
