Add slab and stair variants for terracotta, concrete, and glass

In this update, wool stairs and slabs have been provided. As colored blocks of the same type, terracotta, concrete, and even glass and other dyed blocks could also be updated with corresponding slab and stair forms.

  I like this idea, but the creative Colorful Blocks page would be filled.

  Maybe Concrete, rather than Glass? I could see Glass Slabs, but Glass Stairs just feel weird to me!

  Alongside a new Wood color and the Dappled Forest, this could be a very colorful update! Plus, things like Concrete Slabs and Terracotta Walls would be very easy to add to the game, since they already have all the textures in the game files anyways, and this would be as good an excuse as any to have someone on the team sit down for a day and hammer it out.

  Focusing the 26.3 update on colorful additions is a good thematic focus for the update, I think. Vibrant & Verdant?
