Minecraft weapon templates

Hi I'm wild wolf 36 and I've been playing Minecraft for about 7+years and it has always been there for me as a way to enjoy myself but I always felt like it was lacking some customisation whatch was mainly fixed in the armour trims however recently I have thought about an idea for weapon templates these can be found on different structures like armour trims but have a different use such as in desert or jungle temples and these templates could be used in smithing tables with the weapons material to make a cosmetic change to the weapons allowing people to make their items custom
