Useful tool for mobile console and other users that can only use bedrock

Hello I did a thing about a bedrock a bedrock button thing and I got another idea I did that a few minutes ago and I got an idea that I that it would be it would be cool if people that can only use better rock at this moment could have a launcher that runs off something kind of like cloud so we can play java (or just a part of bedrock i have a chromebook)
