Potion of Brightness/Sculk Tar

Potion of Brightness. Player produces light that cannot be dimmed by the warden. Spash potion will turn sculk blocks into their original block possibly revealing hidden loot. Lingering will keep affected blocks from turning into sculk. This we be brewed using Blue Powder. ITEM: Blue Powder - Blue powder is crafted using Bottle of Tar, Glow Ink, and Blaze Powder. It is a brewing ingredient used for making potion of brightness. However BE CAREFUL when crafting it, too much Tar will create Sculk Powder, which will have a much more sinister purpose. BLOCK: Tar - Tar will be generated when water is infected by Sculk. It will have the exact same fluid physics as Lava, however, it will not burn you, it will give you a slowness and noise affect. It can be bottle to get Bottle of Tar or picked up in a bucket. If you smelt the Bucket Tar, you will get rubber. ITEM: Rubber - 9 pieces of Rubber can be used to create block of rubber (similar texture to obsidian, but with grey instead of purple)
