Phantom Rework

Phantoms should have the ability to phase through blocks. This would enable them to combat AFK farming as they would be able to attack AFK players. This would also add more functionality to Phantoms and make them more of a challenge.

Additionally, Phantoms should spawn when the player attempts to sleep in the Nether or End, rather than their bed exploding. This would prevent griefing and prevent beds from being used against the Ender Dragon as weapons.

    This idea ties to mine, with phantoms phasing through walls, a phantom cloak would make you phase through walls
