Commands should be already on by defualt in creative in bedrock edition

When making a creative world in java edition, commands are already on. On bedrock edition, you have to manually turn on commands yourself. It makes no sense have commands off by default on bedrock because you already cant earn achivements in creative, most players in creative are most likely going to use commands, and java already does this. It would just be much better if commands were on by default in bedrock creative worlds
