Migration should not be forced.

I believe the Mojang to Microsoft account migration should not be forced because people like the old launcher and some people don't want to switch to a Microsoft account so don't force them to. I don't feel comfortable migrating my account. I don't think it is okay to force the people to migrate or not be able to play Minecraft. Minecraft is a game built on freedom to do whatever you want so, don't take away the freedom to chose the account type. Please don't make them do the migration. At least give the people a chance to vote.

    Agreed. I have no need for a Microsoft account for anything else and even worse I wasn't able to use my work email to setup a Microsoft account so I had to port my work email onto a personal host to make the account and then port it back to Microsoft exchange. A lot of unneeded extra work for one game.

    The migration has been done, all unused Mojang Accounts will be deleted at a future date.
