Superflat Customization for Bedrock

We need to customize our superflats in bedrock edition. Not templates, custom blocks and structures. We should be able to make our own templates on bedrock, since it is only in java. Also structures, we need a new superflat setting button that lets us to open, close, and choose which structure generates. And we need a tool you can get by command, lets you change biomes on selected area. These ideas can be really helpful for map makers and superflat survival players.
