PS5 bedrock texture packs

For ps5 minecraft you can't add custom texture packs like fresh animations. I want it to be that you can't add ones from like a website or a app I just want it to be fair. On pc you can add custom texture packs. On mobile you can add custom texture packs like I just want custom texture packs. Thanks if your reading this. I hope this gets to your attention.
