Make it possible to build pretty fountains.

As it stands, a water source block above an air block always expands to all four sides, even when a block is placed next to it, the moment the block is removed, the water floats to the side instead of down. This makes no sense, and makes it absolutely impossible to build fountains and similar water features. Only creation of huge ugly blobs of water. Please make water flow down!!
