An Idea To Make Enchanted Golden Apples Craftable But Still Balanced.

My idea is to make a new item called a Netherite Apple, that has a full netherite texture on it and its crafted with an apple in the center, gold in the corners, and netherite ingots on the sides. It cannot be consumed or eaten, its use is that it can be enchanted with a max level enchantment table for the cost of 50 levels to make an enchanted golden apple. This way makes it more efficient to explore for them but still leaves the option to craft them which is perfectly balanced. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
