Bushes dry up into Dead Bushes.

By placing Bush on top of Sand, Red Sand or Terracotta -- blocks that Dead Bushes can naturally generate on, but Bushes currently cannot be placed on -- the Bush would eventually dry up with a random tick chance, turning into a Dead Bush.

It's silly that Bush is a renewable plant, but Dead Bush is not renewable. This is a simple and harmless change to allows us to kill Bushes and farm Dead Bushes for decoration purposes.
