Add Arabic language

Add official Arabic language support to Minecraft Bedrock Edition Body: Minecraft Java Edition already supports Arabic perfectly, but Bedrock Edition (Mobile and Consoles) still lacks official Arabic support. Arabic letters appear broken or reversed. We hope Mojang adds full and official Arabic language support to Bedrock in the next updates.

    Please, Mojang, do this simple thing. There are many Arabs who have needed this language for years.
