Reason for enchants is honestly because we need something that is good portable storage before making to the end, bundles are OK but using them is awkward. Adding another version of bundle is just boring. Enchants would be cool, though. 1 enchantment limit.
Holding enchant: 50% more storage (96 stackable items), and can also pack unstackable items which count as 16/96
Artillery enchant: effectively makes the bundle a quiver, holds only arrows, normal stack amount. While the bundle is in offhand, improves bow draw speed slightly and allows cycling arrow types.
Bandolier enchantment: holds potions, 8 stack limit but allows potions to stack. Taking potions out alternates between multiple types if there are more than a single type, always taking out a single potion.
Santa enchantment: joke enchantment; can't put items in, but can take a random item out. There's a limit of how many items can be taken out represented by a durability bar. After expended, the bundle turns into a normal bundle (or disappears)
Edit:
Thought of a couple more:
Wayfarer enchantment: holds up to 4-8 of: shears, bucket, flint and steel, saddle, lead, compass, clock, spyglass.
Codex enchantment: Can hold enchanted or unenchanted books. Enchanted books account for a fraction of the stack allocation.
