Add cloud save toggle in Settings in Bedrock Edition

Reason: Currently, the game automatically uploads saves to the cloud after exiting, giving players no choice to keep data local only.

Steps to reproduce missing option:

  1. Go to Settings → Storage in Bedrock Edition.
  2. Or Play → World Settings in Bedrock Edition.
  3. No option to enable or disable cloud sync exists.

Expected result:
Add a “Cloud Saves” ON/OFF toggle in Storage Settings or World Settings.

  • ON (default): Worlds sync automatically via Microsoft account.
  • OFF: All save data stays local only; no auto upload after exit.

    Absolutely necessary; my 7GB world doesn't fit in my OneDrive cloud storage, which is annoying. It's useful if you're on consoles or mobile devices, but not so much for PC if you know where your worlds are stored in Windows system memory.
