Levitation Potion

I propose adding a new potion to Minecraft, the Levitation Potion. This potion will be brewed from a new item—the Shulker Projectile. This item will be extremely difficult to obtain. To obtain the Shulker Projectile, you must kill the Shulker at the exact moment it fires projectile. A standard Levitation Potion without any buffs gives 30 seconds of Levitation.
