This status effect increases the consume time of the player by 1 second per level.
In order to not break things in datapacks, this status effects should come with a new config to the consumable or food component, something like stuffed_debuff_factor, that goes from 0 to 1. At 0, it does nothing, this is the default. At 1, it makes so that consumable is unnafected by the stuffed effect. The other values reduce the additional consumption time by that factor. (A player affected with Stuffed VI would normally take 6 extra seconds to consume a normal item, but if the stuffed_debuff_factor is 0.5, the additional time would be 3 seconds instead).
This would allow for many interesting combat mechanics, specially in datapacks.
