High desert biome like in eastern/middle oregon

A high desert biome just like in middle/eastern oregon. A good example would be sun river in Oregon. This biome would a very dry color of grass to it, sort of a cross between the plains biome grass and the Savana but the color would be a bit more saturated. Than it would have lots of low grasses and random outcroppings of rocks. The trees in this biome would be lots of tall pine spruces and short pine spruces. The wildlife would be cows pigs, chickens, and horses. It would generate high up around 70-110 blocks tall and would be warm.
