More world options

World names should have a much larger character limit, and also a switch you can turn off and on "Description", and you can type a description (obviously) if you turn it on. This would help map creators alot, so they can type updates. For example: "My map v1.32.41 [NEW SHOPS!]".

And, map creators would also be able to type a changelog or future updates for their map in the description. I do make maps and I've wanted this for a long time.
