New Idea for milk

Hello Mojang!

I have an idea for Minecraft: a milk bottle that removes only negative status effects instead of all effects.

This could be useful in both PvP and survival gameplay, because players would be able to remove effects like Poison or Wither without losing positive potion effects such as Strength or Fire Resistance.

I think this would be a balanced and useful item, especially since regular milk buckets would still remove every effect.
