Netherrack keeps players burning on it

When a player is lit on fire while standing on Netherrack blocks the fire shouldn't naturally extinguish, it should just keep burning like fire on Netherrack does, only burning out when they stand on something else or when jumping to not be in contact with it, enabling it to go out more quickly.

This should also apply to any other mobs/ entities on fire not just players.

    yeah this would create an illusion of the nether being deadly hot because the fire doesn't go out even if it can

    If they ever had a separate fire debuff effect for Soul fire on the player and entities then soulsand and soulsoil should turn the fire into Soulfire, which deals more damage.
