Unlockable Hardmode Cape

We all know capes are cool, and either cost money or are time-limited opportunities to get.

So my idea is to be able to unlock/earn a cape for defeating the ender dragon on Hardcore mode. With out any gamerule chances being made to a save in order to ensure it was gotten legitimately. Doing something hard like beating Minecraft on Hardcore mode is impressive, and being able to show other players by having the cape as proof would be cool. It could give players; new and old, a challenge to earn something awesome by playing the game differently than they may normally. This could also breath life into a whole new community of Hardcore Minecraft players.
