Adding an emerald tool tier

I think mojang should add an emerald tier of tools and stuff. The durability and strength would be in between the gold and iron tiers. The armor would give you discounts on villager trades. I know this feature is a pretty high demand feature according to other minecraft players and I think it would be cool if it could be added in a drop in the near future. So please consider this potential feature to be added for the minecraft community would be pleased if mojang added it.
