Flooding

When there is a snowstorm, snow currently collects on the ground in 2 pixel sheets. Likewise, when it rains, every 2 minutes the ground should collect 2 pixels of water, creating a flooding effect. When the storm ends, the water collected should recede 2 pixels at a time every 5 minutes. If the cumulative flooding is more than 1 block high, wooden doors would collapse. Iron doors would only collapse at 2 blocks high or more.
