chatting w/ friends

so in the three dots box where the 'favorite friend' or 'remove friend' it should have a 'talk to friend' where to you dont have to talk to a friend in game and can do it out of game so u dont have to line up ur scheduals, it should have basic rules obviously; no cursing etc then it should pop up in the corner of the persons screen saying such and such said this then if they click on it they get taken to that chat. It should last on the screen for 30 seconds. And if they were offline when u sent it, it should be the first thing to pop up in the corner .
