Eating in creative mode

Who said creative mode shouldn't have a hunger bar? I like making kitchens in creative mode, but I can't eat anything that comes out of the kitchen. The only thing I can eat is cake right now. If you add the hunger bar into creative mode, things will get a lot better for me. Creative mode hunger should cause slowness or nausea. And Creative mode fishing will finally have a point.
