Custom Turtle Helmet Enchant

The turtle helmet is really cool, and maybe it was even useful when it was added, but now, it's completely useless. An Iron Helmet with Respiration 3 is better than a turtle helmet. I think that an enchantment should be added that is exclusive to the turtle helmet called Hydration (or something like that). This will allow for the user to use Riptide all the time, instead of just in water or rain. I think this would be balanced because it would be a rare enchantment and the turtle helmet isn't very good anyways. Plus, a Riptide Trident is difficult to get by itself as well.
