Warden dimension

If we have a giant "portal" in the ancient cities, then why doesn't it go anywhere or light? I don't think it makes sense to have something called a portal but doesn't function like one. Along with the portal, maybe add new mobs to that dimension, like with the nether and the end. This can go for both subjects of biomes and dimensions and new mobs.

    the minecraft community has wanted this for a long time, and it would be perfect for maybe a new item or craftable item from sulfer caves to be able to activate the portal
