If Minecraft was already bought on one device it should be free on others.

Instead of continuously buying the game on different devices it should be one buy and if you already paid for Minecraft on one device then it should be free if you go through a verification that you have Minecraft through a Microsoft account. 

Mainly because some people may not have enough for example another thing if you want to get Minecraft on Windows you also shouldn't have to buy both versions of Minecraft it should separate or just a deal for both because I work minimum wage and I can't even afford it on Windows in one pay check

    I have access to paid for items on PSN, XBL or on PE on iPhone. Are you sure you’re signed into each device with the same account information? Not so much questioning your possible issue so much as suggesting that in case it helps your issue.
