New light based block set for making simple contraptions. aka "Lightstone"

note: this is not intended as a replacement/addition for redstone

this is intended as a simpler- and more limited- system for creating contraptions using block light level as both the wire and the power level

lightstone bulb - right click to turn it on or off (used as a crafting component in all other lightstone blocks), emits light level 15
lightstone "repeater" - if the light level behind it is 1 or higher, emits a light level of 15 out the front
lightstone "comparator" - can be used to track container fullness levels or only emit light when the light level behind it (or fullness level of a container) matches the light level of the left/right side
lightstone inverter - turns on/off when the block light level in front of it is lower/higher than the light level of the side
lightstone box - doesn't let light pass through it, but can be lit directly from adjacent light-emitting blocks, does not connect with adjacent lightstone boxes
lightstone fiber - allows light through along one axis, but is fully opaque visually
lightstone chime - chimes at a certain frequency based on the light level on the input side (the sound can be heard from a considerable distance)
lightstone plate - emits light when stepped on

example use cases: light switch using a lightstone bulb and repeaters (with absolutely no wiring involved), storage fullness indicator using a comparator and repeaters, doorbell using a lightstone bulb and chime
