Add obtainable Lava or Structure Spawning in Superflat Bedrock

There needs to be a way to get lava naturally in a superflat for bedrock. It’s astounding that this has never been addressed. Remember when Minecraft Xbox One Edition had the ability to spawn structures and fully customize layers of superflat worlds? How come we moved backwards on the newest bedrock Minecraft edition to where you can’t toggle structures and you can only pick about a dozen presets? It blows my mind that the ball got dropped so hard on this. Also will I die of old age before there at least becomes a way to obtain lava in superflat survival if we aren’t going to bring structure spawning back?
