Dog / cat stuff

Maybe add a new dog type the Dalmatian and it can spawn in the pale oak forest and the players can craft a new block called water bowl and it can also be used for cats and a food bowl too and a dog bed and a cat bed and both beds can be dyed for more colour in a base.
